3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
Refunds (if any) are handled according to the plan details and applicable consumer protection laws. We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse, policy violations, or excessive chargebacks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services. This includes attempting to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer protected features, or access content you are not authorized to view.
- Automated scraping of lessons or member-only materials.
- Sharing login credentials or reselling access.

5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, templates, and platform features are owned by Brandixo Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your personal learning purposes while your account remains in good standing.
6. User Content & Community
If you post comments, projects, or other content, you retain ownership of your submissions. You grant us a license to display and distribute such content within the service as needed to operate the community and learning experience.

Our services may reference or integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment providers). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or data practices. Please review provider policies before use.
8. Disclaimers
Brandixo Academy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Educational content is for informational purposes and may not guarantee outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandixo Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Brandixo Academy in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk for other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
